Payment
Unfortunately, the wonders of cyberspace
have created great opportunities for fraud. Brazen Sheep has learned that strict
guidelines are necessary for our limited sales. Personal checks, must be drawn on US
banks only, and require a 10 day bank clearance before shipment unless you are established with us. A post office
money order or cashier’s check will normally bring a 24-48 hour shipping time.
Insurance is required and is included in
price. Any returns must be insured or the customer assumes ALL
risks. ==============
Shipping and Returns
All items have a five (5) business day
return policy with prior notice required before return. Items must be returned
in the same condition as sent. (Again, experience has taught us to take verification photos before shipment.)
If you feel there has been an error in
product description, let’s talk about it. These are individual art pieces. Art is a personal thing. If you don’t
enjoy your purchase, please make arrangements for return.
Purchaser is responsible for return postage
and insurance is required. Brazen Sheep will refund the price
of your item within ten (10) business days of receipt of returned item. If you
do not insure your return, you are fully responsible for loss or damage. No refunds
will be made on lost or damaged items.
International Sales
Brazen Sheep regrets that sales outside the US
and Canada cannot be made at this time. However, we’re working on it, so keep checking back.
